The Costello's have been busy, busy!
Thursday: Cheered on the Panthers as they beat Kansas in the MBB NCAA tournament.
Friday: Leon took Cailin, Murphy and I to Sioux Falls - where my mom picked us up. Then Leon went with the SDSU Women's team to their NCAA tournament game in Norman, OK.
Saturday: We stayed with mom in Akron.
Sunday: We (the three of us (plus Murphy)) drove over to Dean and Donna's in Fairbank!
Sunday night: SDSU Women played Oklahoma -- they stuck in there only loosing by 11. Leon ended up getting back to Brookings at 5:30 am Monday morning.
Monday: Grandma Donna watched Cailin and Murphy while my mom and I cleaned our house in Cedar Falls! NOT FUN cleaning for someone else to move in.
Monday night: I met the girls for supper! Oh how I miss everyone.....its so fun getting together and chatting!! Such great friends!
Tuesday morning: We closed on the house. Everything went well. Except that I forgot the garage door openers and a key in Brookings -- Leon had to mail them to Cedar Falls! Oops!!
Tuesday afternoon: We headed back to Akron.
Tuesday night: Cailin and I went to see her Great-Grandma Johnson. My Grandma is 90 and still living on the farm she raised my dad. She had a squirrel get in her sewer and had to drill up part of her basement...then on the other side of the basement, where my Grandpa kept 96 clocks, she had water spraying from a copper pipe!! Grandma and I moved the clocks and I shop vac'd about 3 gallons of water. Not fun! Hopefully someday she will agree to move into a smaller place in town!!
Wednesday afternoon: I went back out to to Grandmas.
Wednesday night: I was ready to meet Leon in Sioux Falls again. I was pretty excited for Cailin, Murphy and I to be back in the apartment!
Cailin slept for 10 1/2 hours last night and took a couple naps today (one from noon - 3 pm)!! I think her Grandma's pooped her out!! They were really good at making Cailin laugh! I wish I would have taken some pictures of our trip...of course I totally dropped the ball on that!
Tomorrow night we will be cheering on the Panthers! Then Saturday we are heading to look for a car! We do NOT like car shopping, but hopefully we can find something. Wednesday night we are going to look at some more houses.
I can't wait to hear from my sister, who has been in Jamaica for 10 days!!
Hope everyone is enjoying their Spring!
